Joanne Fair, Co-founder
Jo has considerable expertise in leadership having held P&L accountability for multiple businesses in both B2B and FMCG, including as MD for Fonterra's Ingredients Sales across South East Asia, and Global Account Director for one of the world’s largest FMCG businesses. Jo has also held numerous senior HR roles, including most recently as Global Head of HR for Fonterra, an organisation of 22,000+ employees. Jo has lived and worked in Europe, South East Asia, Latin America and Australia, as well as New Zealand. She holds a Law degree, a BA in Spanish and French, is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has completed the executive programme at Singularity University, San Francisco.
Vincent Vuillard, Co-founder
As an officer in the French Armed Forces, Vincent spent more than a decade leading teams in challenging situations across many parts of the globe. After relocating to this part of the world, Vincent joined McKinsey&Company where he helped a number of organisations across AsiaPac to transform their businesses. He then joined the Corporate sector, where he specialised in strategic capabilities and the future of work. Vincent has a Masters Degree in Engineering from the French Naval Academy, an MBA from the University of Melbourne, and is fluent in English and Portuguese languages, in addition to his native French. Vincent has completed the executive programme at Singularity University and is also a faculty member for SingularityU Australia.
